Event Photos at Apex Everett
For the past two years I've taken photos of the evolution of Apex Everett and the various venues within the building. I've also photographed nearly every public event including concerts, shows, dinners, kickboxing, auctions and more. Now Apex Everett and Leland Dart Photography have teamed to offer you photos of your event. Here's options, or we can do a custom package.

Menu / Price List
General Event Photos
A minimum of 36 general photos of your guests enjoying the event. Photos will be uploaded to an online gallery where guests will be directed to review photos and may purchase digital downloads of the photos they like. Gallery will offer other purchase options including prints, posters and framed works.
One Hour
$150.00
One hour on site during the event. Arrival time to be determined by host. Fee due upon photographer's arrival at venue.
Additional Hours 2 - 3
$100.00 each
Additional hours two to three. 25 additional photos minimum per hour for guest review and purchase if desired. Fee due at event end.
Beyond Three Hours
$500.00
Events lasting longer than 3 hours have a minimum fee of $500.00 with an additional $100.00 per 15 minute period beyond 3:15. Minimum guarantee of 100 photos.
Specific Event Photos
Client will receive 25 lightly edited digital photos that they may download from a selection offered in an online gallery. A larger number of photos may be ordered for an extra fee. Client may also choose to order other items including prints, posters or framed works at an additional fee. Further retouching available.
Two Hours
$250.00
Advance consultation with client and photographer to go over types of photos desired and event timeline. $100 non-refundable fee due at time of booking. Remainder of fee due upon photographer's arrival at venue.
Beyond Two Hours
$400.00
Events lasting longer than 2 hours have a minimum fee of $400.00 with an additional $100.00 per 15 minute period beyond 2:15. No guarantee of number of photos beyond 50.
Custom Photo Session Around Apex Everett

Following an in-person consultation between you and I, a custom photo session will be arranged. Photos may be taken in various venues within and outside of Apex Everett subject to availability. Number of photos, products, pricing and details to be determined.
